“Birthing A New Vision” was my first Soul Art Bodymap for the Level 1 certification. The creative process supported me during a time of great transition and change in my life. During that season I was letting go of a lot, releasing false beliefs and toxic relationships, and establishing healthier boundaries. As I let go of the old, I began to dream into visions for my highest and best life.

I created “Butterfly Woman” as part of my Soul Art Level 1 certification. For this piece my intention was to heal past sexual trauma. An insight I received during the creative process is that when we find our voice we heal our vulva. This Bodymap offered me support as I processed painful memories and emotions. I was able to move stagnant energy out of my body and onto the canvas surface where I could dialogue with my feelings and transform the pain into wisdom.

“Yoni Chrysalis” is a visual representation of my Core Star. I created this mixed media collage as part of my certification for Level 2 Energy Mapping. While creating this piece I dove deeper to feel and heal past sexual trauma. My breakthrough was releasing shame and embracing my sexuality.
