Intention 90 of the 90 Day Soul Art Journal: To find my zest for life and lightness. A journey that begins with the position of my two hands forming a lozenge shape that I traced with a golden pen. Then it evolved into a tear and into a nose before to end-up as a conch-shell and a lotus bud. Two in one teaching me and showing me the path to claim back energy, joy and lightness. The process where the tear and the nose appeared, reminded me to be more human and alive. To feel and to breathe, I added the golden thread at the end. It echoes for me the fact that we are always connected to something bigger.

I started this heart and connecting web during the workshop “dance your dream” with Arielle Jukai and I decided to continue it with the Soul Art process. This journey took me several weeks. It started with the sentence: “Welcome on Earth” and slowly evolved into a giant web and a heart. It became more and more alive during the process. Indeed, it got eyes and mouth, then hair and tears. Later words appeared such as vortex, cosmic mariage and alive. To finish I even added a real feather in the middle and the sliver Devi Eye from Sadhguru’s ashram just below the tears as a container. One night I put a tealight candle in the middle of the heart. The flame flickered. It was as if the heart became really alive. Amazing and magic to witness all this journey into the matter. Looking forward how it will evolve in the future.

I discovered Soul Art and Laura Hollick thanks to Facebook algorithms. I immediately enrolled in Soul Art Day and then in the Soul Art Certification Level 1. I love this technique because it combines so many of my interests: art, spirituality, and healing. I also love to share and connect with other souls across the globe. It is so nourishing and empowering.
